- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆November 09, 2019, by Patrick WardThey forgot to put the games I bought in the cases and called me back to the store after we had left, made me wait about 20 minutes for some reason, then handed me my games and said I was all set. I asked for something for customer satisfaction for the hassle such as a 10% off coupon and they said they couldn't do it... Needless to say, I left the store a little upset and won't be going back.
